3. Protection against abuse (spam filtering)
To filter out unsolicited automated submissions, the server stores a one-way hash derived from the sender’s IP address and the current hour in a temporary file, allowing a maximum of five submissions per hour. The IP address itself is not stored in this file.

5. Technical operation of the website
When the website is displayed, the hosting provider’s server may record technical log data (such as IP address, time, the page requested and browser type).
